WHY WORK WITH ME?

I’ve been where so many of you might be —pushing myself too hard, feeling like I didn’t ‘fit in’ with the fitness world, and struggling with negative emotions around food and exercise. It’s something many of us face, especially as women. The pressures, the confusion, the feeling that we have to conform to a certain idea of health—it can hold us back from finding a truly balanced and joyful lifestyle.

Through working with like-minded women, I’ve discovered that these feelings are more common than we think, and they don’t have to control our health journey. By taking a holistic approach—focusing on overall well-being, taking a deeper dive into hormones, and connecting with what truly sparks joy in both movement and nutrition—I’ve developed the skills to guide you on your personal path to health.

Together, we’ll find what works for you—whether it’s in the gym, the kitchen, or in everyday life—so you can feel strong, energised, and at peace with your body.
